Pet must be accounted for in the reservation and fee must be paid prior to check-in. If a pet that was not accounted or paid for is found on the property during or after your stay we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee. -Not completing the required ID verification and rental agreement process within 48 hours of booking may result in cancellation of the reservation and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
